This application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 342 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent at the out set objected for condonation of delay on the ground that the applicant has not cleared the maintenance as per the impugned order. He further submits that arrears of maintenance as of today are to the tune of Rs.99,000/-. Learned Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the applicant has brought an amount of Rs.72,000/- in cash and will pay the balance amount of maintenance of Rs.27,000/- within a period of of two weeks from today. 2) The applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.72,000/- with the registry during the course of the day and the balance amount of Rs.27,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. Registry shall pay the above amount to the respondent on making proper application. 3) In the light of the above, the learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the application for condonation of delay. In view of the concession given by the learned counsel for the respondent and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 342 days occurred in filing the above appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to register the appeal and place it for admission after two weeks.
