Prisoner has made two grievances.

As per Exhibit "A" in Nominal Roll produced by learned APP categorization has been effected and the prisoner is placed under 26 years category. As on 31/2/2019 he has completed 23 years 5 months and 17 days of imprisonment with remission.

As the other prayer is to transfer him from Kolhapur Central Prison to Ludhiyana or Amritsar Prison, said request needs to be processed in consultation with the authorities of that State. We therefore direct Respondent/ State to initiate appropriate process for that purpose and it may be completed within a period of 4 months from today. 4.

With this direction we dispose of the petition. 5.
