This Application is moved for condonation of delay of 330 days in filing the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as the Appeal was admitted, due to oversight, the order of filing of private paper book was not complied with and hence there was failure to follow up the matter, so delay is caused. Hence, the same be condoned.
