Mrs. Thakur, learned AGP on instructions makes a statement that application filed by the Petitioner under section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, is already disposed of. In support of her statement, she placed on record copy of the order dated 14th March 2017 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune.

In the light of above, Mr. Kanetkar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the grievance raised in the writ petition no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of.
