The aforesaid applications are filed seeking cancellation of the Anticipatory Bail granted by the Sessions Judge vide order dated 22nd August, 2014 to the Respondent No.2.

It is not in dispute that during the pendency of the aforesaid applications charge-sheet has been filed.
