The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The parties had an Agreement dated 10th September 2015 for processing and disposal of Municipal Solid waste, and also to prepare the compost manure and other by products from such Municipal Solid waste. By an order dated 23rd April 2018, the parties were referred to the sole arbitration of Mr Amrut Joshi, learned Advocate of this Court. The learned Arbitrator has entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter.

Before the Arbitrator, the matter has proceeded. The crossexamination of the Petitioner's witnesses is pending. Parties had 8th January 2020

27-ARP170-19.DOC initially agreed to an extension of six months from 23rd April 2019. The arbitral mandate ended on 25th October 2019. 3.

Having regard to these circumstances and since there is consent of both sides, I will extend time until 3rd July 2020. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
