Prisoner has got cases against him in Courts at Barhampur, Dist. Ganjam, Orissa. His prayer is to issue writ of Habeas Corpus as he is illegally detained since more than six years. This letter is received by the Registry of this Court on 31/10/2018. 3.

He has mentioned that he is a resident of Mumbai. However, address or other details are not given. In this situation, we find that interest of justice can be met with by forwarding these papers to Orissa High Court where the grievance can be

We, therefore, direct Registry to transfer these papers to that High Court within four weeks from today.
