Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to prosecute the proceedings already initiated by the petitioners before the State Government and Additional Collector. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for extension of ad-interim relief which was granted by this Court on 8th November 1/3
2023 to enable the petitioners to make appropriate application in the pending proceedings.

Learned senior counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 to 4 objects for extension of the said ad-interim relief on the ground that pursuant to the orders impugned in the petition, revenue records are already changed.

Considering that this Court had granted ad-interim order directing the parties to maintain status-quo, it is clarified that any further action taken pursuant to the change in revenue entries, based on the orders impugned in the petition shall be subject to final decision in the proceedings initiated by the petitioners before the State Government and the Additional Collector. The said clarification is granted for a period of 6 weeks from today, to enable to the petitioners to make appropriate application in the pending proceedings before the learned Minister and the Additional Collector. 4.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as recorded above.
