By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that, the period which he has overstayed when released on furlough may be condoned and may be treated as extended furlough or parole leave. 2.

Record indicates that, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on earlier three occasions, out of which on two occasions he did not surrender to jail authority within stipulated period, he was required to be 1/2

Osk 46-WP-5082-2018.odt arrested and produced in jail. The jail authority therefore has stopped his remission from sentence permanently.

In view thereof, according to us the Petitioner does not deserve sympathy and the Petition is accordingly disposed off. 4.
