This is an application for condonation of delay of 59 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. That apart, having regard to the shortness of the delay, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 59 days caused in filing C.R.A. is condoned.
