By letter dated 15/10/2018, prisoner seeks expeditious completion of Special Case.

The Special Case arises out of Crime No.1347/2012 of Rabale Police Station, Thane. Sections mentioned in letter are 394, 411 and 34 of IPC as also section 3(i)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) of MCOC Act. 3.

We find that at Thane Special Court, several such matters are still pending. We therefore grant prisoner leave to move suitable application in this respect before that Court only. 4.

We dispose of petition accordingly.
