On 12/7/2019 petitioner sought parole for effecting repairs to his house. Police verification report was called and as it was found adverse, petitioner himself requested for obtaining fresh report. 2.

Learned APP submits that respondents are in the process of obtaining fresh report.

In this situation, without observing anything more we direct respondents to obtain fresh report within 4 weeks and to pass order on request for parole within next two weeks.
