The applicant having been convicted for offence under section 304(A) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and having been directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year have challenged conviction and sentence by filing present Criminal Revision Application. Pending the Revision Application, initially the applicant has sought permission to travel abroad from January 2022 to 30th November 2022.

This Court by order dated 23rd April 2019 permitted the applicant to travel abroad to various continents mentioned in the order. The applicant was permitted to travel for a period starting with 1st May 2019 to 30th March 2020, subject to condition stated in the order.

The applicant, thereafter, filed another Interim Application No.3059 of 2021, which was allowed by this Court, by

Tauseef Farooqui 22-IA.4246.2022.doc order dated 20th December 2021. The applicant was permitted to travel in various continents from 1st January 2022 to 30th November 2022, subject to condition stated in the order. 4.

The applicant has thereafter filed present Application. 5.

It is not in dispute that the applicant has not violated the conditions imposed by this Court on earlier occasions. He has returned back to India as per the permission granted by this Court. 6.

Considering the nature of offence alleged against the applicant and the fact that on earlier two occasions, the applicant had returned back. I, therefore, pass following order:- (i).The applicant is permitted to travel abroad to North and South America, Europe, United Kingdom, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand from period of 15th December 2022 to 15th December 2023, subject to condition that he shall furnish details of his travel plan including his place of residence at abroad, his contact details, his email ID to the police officer attached to Juhu Police Station, Mumbai.

(ii). He shall report to Juhu Police Station, Mumbai within two (2) weeks from the date he return back to India.

Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
