Heard learned APP. Perused letter sent by the under trial prisoner. It appears that the prisoner is objecting to the use of MCOCA Act against him.

As yet charges are not framed. He can therefore move suitable application before the trial Court.

If he needs legal aid, the concerned authorities at Yerwada Central Prison can make it available to him as per law. 4.

Hence, with said liberty to the petitioner and direction to the Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison to provide him legal aid if he opts for it as per law within a period of 4 weeks from today, we dispose of the present petition.
