Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an affidavit of the Petitioner wherein it is stated that the Petitioner has arrived at settlement with the Respondent-bank before the National Lok Adalat. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-bank states that she has no instructions as regards the settlement. In view of the above, we are not inclined to keep the Petition pending. The Petition to stand disposed of. The Respondent-bank is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10 lacs deposited in this Court with accrued interest, if any.
