1] This is an application for transit pre-arrest bail. 2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in FIR No.99 of 2014 dated 9.4.2014 registered under Podili Police Station, Prakasam District, State of Andhra Pradesh under Section 420, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be granted three weeks time from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court having territorial jurisdiction over the Podili Police Station, Prakasam District, State of Andhra Pradesh.

4] In view thereof, the applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of forur weeks from today, with a view to facilitate him to adopt appropriate legal proceedings before concerned Court having jurisdiction over the Podili Police Station, District-Prakasam, State of Andhra Pradesh.

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in FIR No.99 of 2014 dated 9.4.2014 registered under Podili Police Station, Prakasam District, State of Andhra Pradesh either by police from the State of Andhra Pradesh or the Maharashtra Police, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) It is made clear that the period of four weeks will not be further extended.

(iii) The application is granted in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
