The respondent No. 1 is present in Court. The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Pursuant to the amicable settlement, respondent No. 1 has filed an affidavit and has submitted that the parties have settled civil disputes and consent terms are filed before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division on 21/7/2014. In view of this, the Petition deserves to be allowed.

Consent Terms are on record. Learned Counsel for the respondent No. 1 has identified the respondent No. 1. In view of the amicable settlement, the proceedings in R.C.C No. 343 of 20 11 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, at Vasai are hereby quashed. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
