The grievance of the petitioner is that certain allotments are made to some persons who claim to be the project affected persons of Panshet Dam, district Pune. The contention is that these persons are not project affected persons and bogus allotments are made in their favour. The petitioner has initially approached the concerned authority with a complaint so also the petitioner has made a representation to the concerned authority. Last of such representation is made on 5th October 2012. From the perusal of the representation, it is seen than though certain details are given,

skn 2/2 1018.14-wp.sxw however, specific details of those persons whose allotment is being objected are lacking. We do not know whether the grievance of the petitioner is a genuine grievance or not. We cannot examine these allegations as made by the petitioner in adjudication of this petition. It would be for the concerned authority to look into the grievance whether the same is correct and as to whether certain persons have received an illegal benefit.

We, therefore, consider it appropriate to dispose of this petition by permitting the petitioner to make a proper representation to the concerned authorities, if he so desires, in addition to the representation dated 5th October 2012. Such representation be made within four weeks from today. If such representation is made, the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same, by an order to be passed in accordance with law. Such order be made within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of a fresh representation.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
