Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner No.1 -husband and the respondent No.1-wife have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking divorce by mutual consent in the Family Court at Pune. He submits that the respondent No.1 - wife has filed an affidavit undertaking to withdraw all proceedings filed by her in the various Courts and so also the petitioner No.1 - husband has given an undertaking that he will withdraw all proceedings filed by him.

Mr. Udane states on instructions that the respondent No.1 - wife will withdraw the D.V complaint filed by her in the Magistrate Court as well as all incidental proceedings including the recovery proceedings. Statement accepted.

In view of the amicable settlement between the petitioner No.1 - husband and the respondent No.1- wife, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
