Learned counsel for the applicant on instruction states that the applicant would pay a sum of Rs.2,65,400/- to the respondent within three weeks from today as and by way of full and final settlement of the decreetal amount awarded by the trial court by the impugned order dated 19th September, 2019 in Application (ECA) No.265/C-75/2016. Learned counsel for the respondent on instruction states that his client will accept the said amount in full and final settlement. The statement made by the learned counsel for both the parties are accepted. 2.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the appellant does not pay the agreed amount within the time prescribed, the respondent would be at liberty to execute the order dated 19th September, 2019 passed by the trial court. 3.

First appeal is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
