The petitioner by way of filing this petition prays for an expeditious trial.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been released on bail.

The case arising out of C.R. No. 06 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the IPC registered against the petitioner is pending before the Court at Shahapur. The concerned court to expedite the hearing of the said case and decide the said case in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of one year from the receipt of the copy of this order subject to co-operation of petitioner as also the prosecution.

We direct the petitioner to co-operate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal, in case, the said case is yet not decide by the concerned Court.
