2. The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 17.10.2017 is for appointment of Advocate from the legal aid panel and expeditious trial.

3. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 prepared by Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Jail, Thane which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said report states that the Petitioner stands released on bail since 29.09.2018.

4. In view of the above, the plea of the Petitioner does not subsist and the Writ Petition therefore stands disposed of.
