The applicants herein were already released on bail in Crime No.130 of 2015. Subsequently offence under Section 395 came to be added. In view of which, the applicants apprehending their arrest, filed application for anticipatory bail. The learned APP has submitted that the prosecution has also applied for cancellation of bail and that the said application is pending before the Magistrate. The learned APP, under instructions makes a statement that, the applicants herein will not be arrested during the pendency of the application for cancellation of bail.

In the light of the said statement, the learned counsel for the applicants, under instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application.
