This application is for withdrawal of the amount of compensation which is deposited by the respondent in the Tribunal. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that an amount of Rs.7 lacs was awarded to the applicant by the Tribunal towards injury claim. Applicant has incurred substantial sum for his medical expenses and in view thereof, he is urgently in need of some money for reimbursement of medical expenses.

Considering the requirement of the applicant, applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the respondent in 1/2 3 CAF 867 OF 2014.doc
the Tribunal subject to furnishing of usual undertaking. 4.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
