Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur, to decide the proposal dated 30.7.2016 (copy of which is annexed as Exhibit "C" to the petition) as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone to the merits of

Mhi WP-13541-17.doc the petitions and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposal independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of respective parties are kept open. 3.

In order to enable Respondent No.2 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before Respondent No.2 on 16.4.2018 along with copy of the said proposal as well as copy of this order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
