"(B) Issue appropriate Writ or order in the like nature thereby direct the Respondent No.1- Scrutiny Committee to expeditiously decide pending Tribe claim of petitioner within stipulated period." 2.
Learned AGP placed on record the communication dated 13/11/2019 by Senior Research Officer, Scheduled Tribe, Scrutiny Committee, Nashik. The 1/2
8. wp 4527-17.doc communication shows that the petitioner's caste claim will be decided within a period of 1 month.

In the above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide pending Tribe claim of the petitioner in any case within a period of 1 month from today.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.

Till decision of the caste claim of the petitioner by respondent No.1, the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated on the ground of non submission of the caste validity certifcate.
