Though the notice is served on Respondent Nos.1 and 2, none appears.

This Application is filed seeking restoration of First Appeal No.1314 of 2012 to its original position. The Appeal was admitted by this Court by order dated 20th November, 2013. While admitting the First Appeal, this Court had directed to supply private paper-book within period of eight weeks. Learned advocate submitted the papers but those were not in the format and for that reason the office raised objections that paper-book is not filed. It is stated that the Applicant/Appellant would prepare paper-book and BGP.

ii) The First Appeal No.1314 of 2012 stands restored by condoning the delay caused in filing this Application, subject to condition that the Applicant/Appellant would file paper-book within 12 weeks from today.
