They have filed consent terms in Marriage Petition No. 176 of 2016 on the file of Civil Judge, S.D. Thane. Accordingly they inform that the petition for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent is already pending.

Petitioner has handed over to respondent no. 2 a demand draft of Rs. 3 lacs today in terms of the consent term 6(a). 4.

Respondent no.2 has tendered affidavit accepting the consent terms and giving no objection. Orally also she informs that nilegaonkar 1/2

In view of the consent terms, affidavit of respondent no. 2 and joint request, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
