1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the same, the application is allowed on the following conditions: (a) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No. I-198/2015, registered with Koparkhairane Police Station, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount;

(c) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses;
