Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1(Original Complainant) on the instructions of the Respondent No.1(Original Complainant) states that the Respondent No.1(Original Complainant) has taken steps to withdraw the proceedings/complaint, pending in the trial Court, as the Respondent No.1 has received the

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 further states that the Respondent No.1 has filed an Application before the trial Court on 08.10.2016, withdrawing the proceedings/complaint i.e. C.C.No.1692/SS/2010 before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate's 58th Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these Petitions.

Accordingly, the Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
