This application is moved for relaxation of condition no. (iv) in the order dated 11th February 2016 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 218 of 2016 that he shall not leave Alibag, Raigad District till the filing of the charge-sheet before the Sessions Court, Raigad, Alibag.

As per the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant-accused, the condition no. (iv) in the order dated 11th February 2016 be relaxed.

The learned prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is almost over, as the offence under the Arms Act is involved. The Investigating Officer needs to take sanction from the authority as the papers are forwarded for obtaining sanction.

In view of this, Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
