Learned Advocate for Petitioners on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation of present crime i.e.C.R No.128 of 2018 registered with Vani Police Station, District Nashik, Police have filed charge sheet.

In view thereof, the petition for quashing of FIR does not survive. Petitioners are having substantive alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C.

Petition is accordingly disposed off by reserving the right of MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2023.04.01 14:39:43 +0530 Petitioners to avail alternate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
