Husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2 have filed present Petition for quashing of R.C.C. No. 482 of 2022 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Pune arising out of C.R.No. 27 of 2022 registered with Bhosari Police Station, Taluka: Haveli, District-Pune under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC, with consent of Respondent No.2.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar Affidavit of Consent Terms executed by Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. Terms, conditions and covenants mentioned in the said Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 1/2

In paragraph Nos. 1 and 4 of the said Affidavit, Respondent No.2 has given her consent for quashing of the present case.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 13.07.2023 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question.

In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b).
