Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is the third application for bail. The first was rejected by this Court by an order dated 18th September, 2020 ascribing reasons. The second was withdrawn on 20th September, 2021. As the first application was rejected on merits, there is no propriety in entertaining the application for bail.

The learned counsel, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been in custody since 27th November, 2019 and the trial has yet not commenced. Therefore, the trial be expedited. 5.
