This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Smt. Shruti Mayank Shah in C. R. No. 157 of 2017 registered with D. B. Marg Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 406, 420, 498-A, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No. 1605/16 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Smt. Shruti Mayank Shah as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks and the amended copy of the application be served on the Advocate for the original complainant within the same stipulated period. 4.
