This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.

The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) vide order dated 29th July, 2019. However, whilst rejecting the said application the trial of the applicant was expedited. It appears that due to the lock-down, the trial

2/2 15-ba.3473.2019.doc could not proceed as expected. However, due to the new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), there is no impediment for the trial Court to proceed with trial. Since the trial of the applicant has already been expedited vide order dated 29th July, 2019, no separate order is required to be passed today in the aforesaid application. 4.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
