Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

As per the order dated 01/06/2022, the Applicants were directed to mark their presence at Niphad Police Station once in a month. They have complied with the order for about one year. It is stated that one of the Applicants has to come from Hyderabad to attend Niphad Police Station while the other one has to come from Aurangabad. He is said to be a senior citizen.

The Division Bench of this Court has passed an interim order directing the concerned Investigating Officer not to file the charge 1/2

P.H. Jayani 47 WP22.2023.doc sheet without the permission of the Court. The directions to the Applicants to attend the concerned police station is until filing of the charge sheet.

The concerned Police Officer present before the Court submits that the investigation is now over. In view of the same, the order dated 09/03/2022 needs to be ceased. Hence, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
