The Petitioner has sought to review the order dated 2 February 2005 disposing of Writ Petition No.2057 of 1998 filed by Respondent herein (Original Petitioner). The Order under review was passed by the Division Bench (Coram : F.I. Rebello and S.P. Kukday, JJ.). We have perused the order under review. The said order records the contentions of the parties. Thereafter, a particular view is taken and the Petition is disposed of. If the parties are aggrieved by the order on the ground it is incorrectly passed, they have their remedies open to challenge the same. No case is made out to exercise the review jurisdiction. Review Petition is rejected. Pending Applications also stands disposed of.
