In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 22/05/2019. He was externed out of the area of Mumbai, Mumbai suburban districts and Thane district. The period of externment was for one year. 2.

In this Petition, the notice was issued on 19/12/2019. Thereafter, there are no further orders. There is nothing to show from the record that the externment order was stayed. The Nesarikar
