Challenge in these writ petitions is to the order passed by the Lower Appellate Court in the appeals arising out of grant of temporary injunction application in Regular Civil Suit No.306 of 2017.

It appears that from November 2015 to 2017 there was no injunction running in favour of the petitioner. Hence, it will be in the interest of justice that the Trial Court is directed to decide the suit within time bound program. Hence following order:

Both the writ petitions are disposed of by directing the Trial Court to decide Regular Civil Suit No.306 of 2017 within nine months from today.

Both the writ petitions stand disposed of in above terms. No costs.
