Rule. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents waive notice for the respective respondents. Rule returnable forthwith by consent of the parties and heard finally.

In this case, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 - Corporation is present and produces one report given by the Assistant Engineer, Building and Factories, C Ward, dated 1.8.2013, wherein it is stated that he had visited the site pursuant to the objection raised by Jamil Dawood Patel (the original

wp.5095.2018_9.doc complainant in this matter) that new water connection is sanctioned to the occupants as per approved plan. It is further mentioned that the work under reference is found as per the sanction plan.

In view of this, this petition is allowed. Rule made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
