By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 14.12.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Khalapur below exhibit-301 in Regular Darkhast No.11 of 1996. By that order, the learned trial Judge rejected the application made by the petitioner for filing additional affidavit of evidence by imposing cost of Rs.200/-. 3.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Gangal seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Gangal, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
