Having regard to the nature of amendment sought for, leave to amend the writ petition is granted and Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 5(a), which reads as under: - "5.(a) That this Hon'ble Court may grant leave to the Applicants to amend the aforesaid Petition by incorporating the contents as mentioned in the Schedule annexed as Exhibit "A" to this Application."

Let the necessary amendment be incorporated in the writ petition within a week. The learned counsel for the petitioners shall also serve the amended copy of the writ petition on the respondents.

Mr. Hegde, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondents-CIDCO is granted liberty to file affidavit-in-reply in a week's time after receiving the amended copy of the writ petition.
