Mr. Chandnani, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, having taken instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court makes a statement that his client is ready and willing to accept shop No.1 in Millennium Heights, Ulhasnagar­1 instead of shop No.3, which was earlier offered by the Corporation. 2.

Mr. Kamble, the learned counsel for the Corporation, having taken instructions from Mr. Ajit Ratan Gowari, Assistant Commissioner, Megha 1/2

8_wp_12056_2015.doc W.C. No.2, makes a statement that the Corporation is willing to give possession of said shop No.1 within a period of three weeks from today after completing all the formalities. The statement is accepted. 3.

In the light of above, Mr. Chandnani, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that grievance of the Petitioner no more survives.
