Advocate for the appellant submits that he received instructions in writing from his client that he does not want to press the present Family Court Appeal as well as pending Civil Application. He submits that, in view of the said letter of Appellant, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Family Court Appeal as well as pending Civil Application. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification along with letter of appellant. Mohite 1/2

Ad-interim relief granted stands vacated.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the Respondent wife submits that she may be permitted to take police assistant for implementing the judgment dated 14.9.2017 passed by Family Court, Bandra at Mumbai in Petition No.A-121 of 2011. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, Respondent Niloofer Y. Khan is permitted to take police assistance from the concerned Police Station for implementing the judgment and decree dated 14.09.2017 at the address mentioned in the cause title, on payment of usual charges.
