After arguing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 2.

Application is allowed to be withdrawn.

Considering the fact that the applicant is aged 21 years and the fact that the case is based on circumstantial evidence, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned trial Judge to decide the case as SQ Pathan 1/2

ba.2751.14.doc expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order. If, for any reason, for no fault of the applicant, the trial is not completed within one year, the applicant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
