By this application, the applicant is seeking leave to amend in terms of proposed amendments annexed as schedule 'A' to the present application.

Considering the averments as made in the application, this application is allowed. The applicant is directed to carry out amendment as per schedule 'A' within a period of three weeks from today. The amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents. The respondent no.2 shall file an affidavit if she so desires before the returnable date.
