The Applicants herein were granted protection vide order dated 8th of December, 2017. Upon perusal of the order, it is clear that the application was considered on merits.

The Applicants were directed to deposit an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court on or before 21st December, 2017. The office note shows that the amount of Rs.6,00,000/- is deposited in this Court. V.A. Tikam 1/2

For the reasons stated in the order dated 8th December, 2017 and the fact that the amount has been deposited, the order of grant of interim pre-arrest bail deserves to be confirmed. Hence, the application is allowed on the same terms and conditions, which are as follows:

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest in CR No. 215 of 2017 registered with Mandrup Police Station, Solapur, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two separate solvent local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
