Heard the learned Counsel Mr. Kulkarni for the Applicant. Though the Respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them, when the matter called out. By this Revision Application, the Applicant is challenging the Judgment dated 17th October 2015 passed by the Family Court, Solapur in Petition No. E 181 of 2012 (old Criminal MA No. 229 of 2011) directing the Applicant to pay sum of Rs. 4,000/- per month each to the children Chetan and Saakshi towards the maintenance from the date of Sharayu.

23-Cri-REVN-605-15.doc Judgment till further orders. The Trial Court passed an impugned order on the basis of the salary certificate placed on record. Applicant is Teacher in Zilha Parishad Primary School, Ambegaon, District Parbhani. The salary certificate for the months of April, May, June and July 2015 show his gross salary to the tune of Rs. 30,000/- to 40,000/- per month. The Respondent-wife had to maintain two children i.e. Chetan and Sakshi. Considering these facts, the Trial Court passed an order under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 directing the Applicant to pay the maintenance charges.

Considering the reasons given by the Trial Court at the time of passing impugned order and as the Respondent-wife had to maintain two minor children, I do not find any reason to interfere in the well given order. Hence, the Revision Application stands rejected. [K.K. TATED, J.] Sharayu.
