Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. The Appellant, who was the Plaintiff in the suit is not in possession of the suit property. Hence, relief as prayed, for in this application cannot be granted. The order of status quo was operating till the disposal of the suit. 2.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, and the appeal having been admitted, the parties are directed to maintain status quo till final disposal of the appeal.
